I founded Universal Events Inc. in 2014 because mission driven organizations were being asked to compete for attention with brands that had fifty times the budget and one tenth the weight. The math was not fair. The people inside those nonprofits, the officers, the mothers, the volunteers, the kids, were doing the real work. They deserved strategy that matched their courage. They deserved creative that matched the stakes. They deserved a firm that would show up on a Tuesday and still be there on Saturday.

That is the firm we built. A woman led company in an industry that still does not always look that way. A team that hires for care as much as for craft. A roster of partners whose missions we serve by name. Brighter Christmas. Law Enforcement Against Drugs. Stand for the Silent. Sister's Circle. Vision Keepers. The list grows the same way everything here grows. Slowly. On purpose. With a handshake that means something.

I believe the best leaders are the ones who are findable. I try to be findable. I believe the best companies are the ones that outlive a news cycle. I am trying to build one. I believe the best work is quiet. Steady. Done because the cause is real, not because the camera is on.
